By accessing or using RohingyaLanguage.org (the "Site") or any services provided through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

RohingyaLanguage.org provides:

• Free tools — including a dictionary, virtual keyboard, and phrasebook. These are provided "as is" for informational and educational purposes.
• Educational content — articles, guides, and learning materials about the Rohingya language.
• Professional services — translation, interpretation, localization, subtitling, and AI data services. These are subject to separate service agreements.

The free online tools (dictionary, keyboard, phrasebook) are provided for general educational use. We make no warranty that the output of these tools is accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. Do not rely solely on automated tools for legal, medical, or official documents. Always use a qualified human translator or interpreter for critical communications.

Professional translation, interpretation, and related services are subject to individual project agreements. Service terms, pricing, timelines, confidentiality, and deliverables will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Payment terms are as agreed in the project proposal.

We strive to ensure that all content on this Site is accurate and up to date. However, the Rohingya language is an evolving area, and variations exist between scripts and dialects. Educational content is provided for general information purposes and may not reflect all community usages or scholarly positions.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, tool interfaces, and compiled resources — is the property of RohingyaLanguage.org or its content contributors. You may share or quote content with attribution for non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, mirror, or systematically download site content without permission
• Use the tools to generate content for disinformation, fraud, or harm
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Site or its servers

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. font downloads, keyboard tools). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party sites. Links are provided for convenience only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RohingyaLanguage.org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or its tools. Our total liability for any claim arising from professional services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
